Preceptors, Sponsors, Students and Exhibitors are responsible for making their own hotel reservations online or by phone. A room block has been established at The Embassy Suites Downtown-Old Market Hotel to lock-in a nightly double-occupancy rate of $154 (+ tax) per night. Preceptors/sponsors/students and exhibitors are welcome and encouraged to take advantage of these rates and make reservations under this block by contacting Embassy Suites directly at 1-402-346-9000 or 1-800-EMBASSY and explain that you are making reservations for The Midwest Pharmacy Residents Conference and specify whether you are a conference preceptor, sponsor, student or exhibitor.
