Purchase CE Onsite
You may purchase CE Credit for $15.00 by visiting the Midwest Pharmacy Residents Conference Registration Desk at the 2010 Conference. The Midwest Pharmacy Residents Conference will accept cash or check (all checks should be made out to “Midwest Pharmacy Residents Conference”).
Please Note:
In order to receive CE credit, participants must complete all speaker evaluation forms during the conference, complete and submit the CME Registration Form and CE Credit Request Form (available at the conference and attached below), and pay a $15.00 fee. Participants must attend each session in it’s entirety in order to receive any CE credit for that session. No partial credit will be awarded.
