WELCOME TO THE MPRC HOMEPAGE!
The 2012 Conference is scheduled to take place on May 9-11, 2012 at The Embassy Suites Downtown/Old Market Hotel located in Omaha, Nebraska. Conference check-in/Registration will begin at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, May 9th and will end at 12:00 PM Thursday, May 10th. Call for Abstract instructions, forms and registration links are all available on this website. Please note that there are separate online registration forms for residents/fellows, preceptors, sponsors, exhibitors and volunteers. All conference attendees must register using our online registration and are encouraged to take advantage of our online payment processing system which accepts Visa/MC/AMEX or e-check.
PRESENTER CHECKLIST - REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:
√ Register Online for Conference (Residents/Fellows): by February 24, 2012
√ Late Conference Registrations (Residents/Fellows): February 25, 2012 - March 5, 2012 (late fees apply)
√ Abstract Submissions: email to dprice@nebraskamed.com no later than February 24, 2012
√ Conflict of Interest Form Submissions: email completed NCCPE_Conflict of Interest to dprice@nebraskamed.com no later than February 24, 2012
√ CV Submissions: email to dprice@nebraskamed.com no later than February 24, 2012
√ Hotel Reservations for (Residents/Fellows): attending the conference from outside the Omaha Metropolitan area will be made automatically by the conference based on information provided during the online registration process.
